YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND A UNITED STATES RESIDENT TO USE THIS SERVICE. USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
2. Description of the Service
DocRelease provides a secure online platform that allows registered users ("Users") to:
- Upload and store sensitive PDF documents such as wills, medical directives, powers of attorney, and other personal documents.
- Designate trusted individuals ("Requesters") who can request release of a stored document.
- Utilize a configurable "dead man's switch" mechanism whereby a document is automatically released to a designated Requester if the User does not respond to a release notification within a chosen waiting period.
The Service is provided "as is" and without warranty.
THE SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE, LEGAL SERVICE, EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE, OR PROVIDER OF LEGAL OR MEDICAL ADVICE.
